BACKGROUND

1. Air Vice Marshal Nnamdi Nwokoma Ananaba was born on 29 December 1971. He hails from Ugwunabo Local Government Area of Abia State. He enlisted into the Nigerian Air Force as a member of Nigerian Defence Academy Regular Course 41 on 19 September 1989 and commissioned Pilot Officer on 17 September 1994.
2. The senior officer holds several qualifications, some of which include:

• Master of Philosophy (Defence and Strategic Studies).
• Post Graduate Diploma (Public Admin)
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mech Eng).
• Aircraft MX Engineer Licence (Airframe & Engine).
• Combat Pilot.
